Little Miss Perfect
Hello to all of my loyal FieldHaven fans and supporters. This none other than the Princess of FieldHaven, Hottie. This is the world-famous smartest and best-looking kitty at FieldHaven Feline Center. Yes, it is the one and the only Hot Rod.
As always, please hold your applause until the end. I know that a few of you might be thinking after reading this introduction that it would not be a bad thing for me to learn to a little more humble, but I still say when I am as smart and good looking as I am then I don’t need to be humble.
Earlier this month, my aunt Joy asked to take a look at some FieldHaven files and organize them. I let her know that this would not be a problem because secretly, I wanted to do a little snooping. A few days before this, I had gotten the feeling that something was going on that I did not know about, so being a cat and considering my curious nature, I had to get to the bottom of it.
Well, I am honored to say that I found out my favorite uncle, Jared, bought a FieldHaven brick honoring the friendship he has with his one and only best feline girl (me!). I have to admit that Uncle Jared and I have been getting along quite well lately. I know this pleases everyone seeing how so many volunteer friends feel about him and my, uh, questionable attitude towards him in the past.
I hope that you all do not expect me to keep up this saint-like behavior for the rest of the year. I mean, come on and get real people! You know that I gotta be me and there are times when I can tend to be a little hard to deal with. Also, you have to admit that after a while, monthly reports on how good I’m acting can get very boring. If it is boring for you to read, then just think about how I feel always being “Little Miss Perfect.” For the record, I am not, nor do I ever intend to be, Little Miss Perfect. That title of “Little” has always belonged to Lindy and it always will.
