We’re Looking for a Few Cool Cats for a Fun Party
You Can Help the Kitties by Helping Us Plan Classics, Cats & Cabernet
Classics, Cats & Cabernet (or CC&C to us kitties) is FieldHaven’s signature annual event that generates twenty percent of our annual funds to provide programs and services for thousands of cats each year. It is an all-volunteer run event and we are looking for a few additional volunteers.
We have an immediate need for key volunteer positions on our planning committee. You will be trained for these positions and be fully supported.
Silent Auction: A team of 2-4 people. It is easy when utilizing the list of the previous year’s donations. Many requests are made online. Soliciting and entering donations into database. Managing the auction the night of the event.
Live Auction: Confirming repeat donations from the previous year and soliciting new ones. Supervising live auction volunteers to record bidding during the event.
Wine Person: Solicits all of our wine donations for the silent auction and 101 bottles of wine live auction item. Most are online requests. We have a database from which to work.
Raffle: Tracks Golden Ticket sales on spreadsheet and manages the raffle sales team the night of the event.
Volunteer: Manages a spreadsheet of volunteers who want to work the event, making sure we have the proper number of people in various areas. Emails out volunteer communications prior to the event.
We will also need volunteers to work the day of the event.
