About Emma Bell

Hi, I’m Emma, the Senior Animal Care Assistant at FieldHaven! Originally from California, I spent a significant part of my life in Colorado before returning to California to complete my college education. After graduation, I was eager to get involved and started volunteering with FieldHaven alongside my family. After a year of volunteering, I applied for a position and was thrilled to join the team!

In my role, I oversee the care of the cats at our shelter and work on expanding our foster program. My passion for animal welfare drives me every day, and I’m dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of these animals.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Colorado State University and am currently pursuing a degree in Veterinary Technology with the goal of becoming a Registered Veterinary Technician in the future. My love for animals has always been a guiding force in my education and career.

When I’m not at work, you can usually find me at home enjoying a cozy day in, binge-watching shows and cuddling with my cat, Estella, a proud FieldHaven alumni!
