Over the years, FieldHaven Feline Center has partaken in a number of projects, ranging from TNR missions to community outreach and education endeavors to crisis relief. We are proud to assist in life-saving efforts in Northern California!

Shasta Turntable Colony
2021 – Present
Joining forces with the Northstate Cat Coalition, we are tackling a sizable colony of cats in Shasta County.

We’ve partnered with the town of Marysville, California to assist in the trapping, releasing, and spaying/neutering of their large feral and stray populations.

Camp Fire Recovery
2018 – 2019
The Camp Fire was the most destructive wildfire in California history, with the town of Paradise mostly destroyed. We recovered pets of all varieties and reunited hundreds with their owners.

In late September, 2014, nearly sixty cats and kittens from a single neglect case were surrendered to FieldHaven Feline Center.

In April 2011, FieldHaven Feline Center opened its new shelter with the support of the community, a grant from Petco, and our hardworking team of staff and volunteers.

The Regency Park Project
2008
Sacramento’s Regency Park, a mobile home park, was slated for demolition and populated with an estimated 50 to 70 feral cats. FieldHaven rescued the felines.

Generations of unaltered cats were found living off Amoruso Way in Lincoln, California, which required the assistance of FieldHaven’s TNR and SNAP expertise.
