A year of increasing needs calls for increased kindness.
We have to be honest. This year, we are well over budget. We had a hard time saying no—yet we certainly did. We had to prioritize and focus on our own community first, then think outside the box for those outside of our area. We worked around the clock, accepting every challenge thrown our way. We’ve done more adoptions, increased foster homes, gained support and volunteer involvement and saved more lives. Now, we’re asking you to save us. Giving Tuesday is on November 30, and we’re asking you to donate to us, to FieldHaven Feline Center. You can save us and therefore, together, we can save more cats and help more people.
FieldHaven Feline Center depends on you. We aren’t just about adoptions. Our goal is to enhance the lives of cats, their people and their caregivers by offering innovative programs and solutions to Lincoln and surrounding communities in northern California. We are devoted to saving lives, finding loving homes, and providing resources to improve the destiny of homeless cats. To do this, we rely 100% on the generosity of our community.
This year, we’ve seen more kittens with increased illness and injury, more people who needed help, and a drastic uptick from families who had nowhere else to turn. From kittens caught in golf cart engines, to congenital medical needs, to cats being tossed out on the side of road from a moving vehicle to victims of fire, to overcrowding, to lack of spay and neuter because of shut downs caused by the pandemic, more help was required this year more than ever. At FieldHaven, we believe that for every cat in need, there is a solution. Our team goes above and beyond to find those solutions. We work with cats, but also people, from businesses, to individuals, to fellow animal welfare organizations. We do it all for you, yet we rely on your kindness and generosity to make it happen.
This year, please give to FieldHaven Feline Center on Giving Tuesday. Every donation counts, every amount matters. Thank you, from our families to yours, because you will be saving us, so that we can continue saving you…and the cats.
Donate via our website or on Facebook. Facebook pays all the processing fees for you, so 100% of your donation goes directly to the nonprofit.
