Uncle Champy Wants YOU to Volunteer at the Recovery Center
FieldHaven is honored to have been asked by Alley Cat Allies® to open the Recovery Center for Camp Fire cat victims. The center, which opened just a few days before Christmas was quickly at capacity. We are working hard each day to reunite cats with their families so more refugees can come in for care and sheltering. It is a daunting mission but with so many hands, hearts and heads working together we are making love and happy reunions happen.
Now that school is back in session and holiday breaks are over we’re having some gaps in our volunteer coverage.
Can you help?
We are need of volunteers in the following areas:
- Cat Care
- Vet tech/assistants and veterinarians
- Customer Service (helping people find their feline family)
- Fosters (must be in close proximity to Marysville)
- Transporters to help transfer kitties from Paradise to the Recovery Center
