Appa was adopted from Front Street for my daughter for Christmas. He and his siblings had Giardia, were on meds, and they all seemed to be doing well. Over the next month or two, Appa did not appear to be growing, one of his eyes appeared to be visually impaired, he would jump on things and miss, so we scheduled a vet appointment, where he was soon diagnosed with neuro dry FIP. I was lucky to be referred to Andrea Schrimp, who provided our first shot in the middle of the night in the back of my car. I am grateful for the quick diagnosis, which led to immediate treatment, and am happy to say that Appa is thriving in every way!

“When I was at my lowest and having anxiety attacks nightly giving this lifesaving treatment, FieldHaven was my savior! Once I connected with FieldHaven, Joy C. and Joy Smith reached out nightly to see how I and Appa was doing, how the shots went, offering encouraging words of support, help, and guidance. Their support helped ease my anxiety, and once I hit the halfway point, it was smooth sailing! I am truly thankful for this wonderful organization!”
