So far, I have been honoring that promise to Aunt Diana. A good example of how well I've been behaving is that last Monday, I was in a very loving mood and I sat in my Uncle Jared's lap a lot. I was loving this attention so much that I was purring pretty hard. Everything was going just fine until Uncle Jared got the idea to ask another volunteer to take a picture of me sitting in his lap. Hearing the word "picture," I decided that my lap time was over. I let Uncle Jared know how much I love sitting in his lap on occasion, but I can not allow hard evidence such as a picture of me doing this to ruin my tough cat reputation at FieldHaven. I do love my Uncle Jared, but just not that much.
