You are always welcome to contribute whatever time you have
available; no amount of time is too little. Volunteers help us expand our
resources and enable to accomplish more in our rescue and adoption services.
There are a variety of ways you can help FieldHaven including:
How to Volunteer with Placer County Animal Services
Placer County Animal Services (PCAS), a valued partner to FieldHaven, is in desperate need of volunteers to help
with the cats in the shelter. At FieldHaven, we make every effort to transfer kitties from PCAS when we have room in our shelter and
foster homes but the need is greater than we (and other Placer County rescues) can fill.
If you would love to volunteer or foster at
FieldHaven but find us too far away from you please consider volunteering at PCAS to help care for cats in the shelter or to foster
shelter cats until they can be placed with FieldHaven or another rescue. This is a perfect opportunity for those that live in Auburn
and surrounding communities.
To find more information about volunteering at PCAS please email Lynn Howe at loomisgal@cs.com or visit A New Hope.
